Success comes from being connected to your future self and business, visualising your success and making it happen.
It happens by being the CEO of your future business today and staying connected to the future destination in all your decisions. The point in the future where you have already made and acted upon your fantastic business decisions and are the incredible CEO of a five, six or seven-figure business.
The place from which you support and enable your clients to achieve their goals. Together, celebrate the wins, incredible achievements, and transformations. That place where the champagne corks pop, happy dances are done and streamers float through the air.
Where you are not held back by fears, the mind monkeys or your limiting beliefs.
This ‘end destination’ is what success looks and feels like for you—what you’ve decided it will be, not what the latest trend or guru says it should be because the key to your success is you.
Too often, we—yes, I’ve done this—follow the latest trends or get struck by shining object syndrome. Jump to the next ‘best’ thing before allowing the last ‘thing’ to work out. We make decisions for the business we have, resulting in us tweaking, and playing small. We do not go for our dreams and stay stuck in our comfort zone.
Sometimes, we do this because we fear failure and/or success—appearing different. We are worried about losing clients and what our friends and family will think.
Here is the thing:
First, let’s deal with the elephant in the room. Making more money and being successful won’t make you any less wonderful than you are. You won’t overnight turn into a greedy, self-centred woman strutting in your six-inch heels over everyone and anyone. And for you fantastic men reading this, you won’t suddenly start waving your briefcase around and knocking down the competition. You won’t become mean and self-centred.
Instead, more money opens up opportunities to be even more incredible and do more amazing things. It will enhance all your remarkable characteristics and qualities, so relax; it’s okay to be successful – rich.
Rich is whatever that means to you. It might mean becoming a millionaire or billionaire, or it might not. Wealth, abundance, and success mean different things to each of us.
So, relax. Your ‘rich’ is perfect, so transport yourself into the future and decide from the place where abundance is yours to experience.
And I’ve even more fabulous news for you.
When you decide to uplevel and allow yourself to be successful, your clients come with you.
When you act as if you’ve already arrived, start behaving your way to success and operate the business from the future. You make it easier for your clients to take their up-levelling or transformation journey. Because you are showing them what is possible, you are shining the light so they might see their path.
Suddenly, everything will feel more manageable, you will feel lighter, and you’ll have all the time you need and more.
Sound a bit woo?
I guess it is, but I also know that you make different decisions when you decide from the future and, more importantly, will act upon those decisions. You will start solving business problems of the future (before they are created) because you are deciding what is needed from the future rather than for your business of today.
Sounds crazy. But how many times have you made a small change or implemented something new without considering the business model of your future success? Only to find another decision and change is needed the following month, later that year? Or that what you put in place isn’t fit for purpose when hitting that next level. Time-consuming, isn’t it?
So, always decide based on your incredible future.
Stay connected to your wildly successful business of the future.
You don’t have to wait for the perfect environment and for your little ducks to be in a row. So, stop kidding yourself that you need a certain number of followers on social or XXX visits to your website. Instead, define the end destination, the point in the future you are heading and go for it. Keep your eye on that future point in all your decisions and you will collapse the gap between where you are and where you want to be faster than you ever thought possible.
Trust me, the little things you worry about will sort themselves out when you act upon your bigger decisions. The freedom you desire, the financial freedom you crave, is more likely to occur when you permit yourself to be the incredible CEO of your future business now. You know, that incredible woman (or man) who bravely does what she (or he) hasn’t done before – who dares to do it differently and in their own spectacular way!
The CEO of your future knows that…
While acting upon their incredible decisions from the future is vital to their success, they need to be brave and courageous. They must invest in themselves and their business and know when to do this. They also know that the journey is important, that the small wins matter and create the big leaps, and that breaking down their goals enables them to monitor progress and maintain forward movement.
While the end destination, their vision, goals, and ambitions drive them, the magic happens daily.
They also know, you know, that alignment is vital, and as the CEO of their/your wildly successful business, you must align:
- Mindset with the vision.
- Business model with the vision.
- Financial ambitions with the vision
- Business model with financial ambitions
